Applications

Huiyu peristaltic pump can accurately transport various high-viscosity inks, without connecting one-way valves and filtering devices, and can change the delivery direction at will. Specific case

Take the ink supply system tailor-made for digital printers shown in the figure as an example. It is fitted with 16 Huiyu peristaltic pumps arranged in two upper and lower rows with divided working responsibilities, enabling accurate delivery and micro-volume compensation of multi-color inks simultaneously. Each pump head delivers different colored inks to printheads with outstanding repeatable output precision, eliminating common defects such as ink breakage, color deviation and uneven ink dots caused by inconsistent ink supply. Especially for various ink types including reactive, disperse and pigment inks, Huiyu peristaltic pumps adopt flexible tubing for ink transfer, keeping ink fully separated from the pump body throughout the process. This prevents ink contamination, reduces the risk of printhead clogging triggered by ink sedimentation and crystallization, and greatly extends printhead service life.
